Phil Collins – Seriously Live (Serious Hits... Live!) – 1990 – 4K Remaster

This video came out on VHS when I was college. I went to school about four hours away from home, so I'd head back on the weekends on occasion. And when I did, I'd pop this into my folks' VCR so my mom (also a big Phil fan) and I could watch as we went about the morning. Mom is still around, by the way, so this isn't a memorial to her, thank goodness. It's just bringing a nice memory from the past into the present and sharing it in a hopefully improved form. As for the upscaling, I typically remaster old commercials (I work in advertising) and not items of this length. But I think this turned out fairly well for not doing a scene-by-scene upgrade. It is coming from an SD source, so there's bound to be some funkiness in some areas as the AI struggles to make sense of what's going on. I'm sure that will change in the future and we'll all strap on our Apple Vision Pro 45s and feel like we're in the front row. But until then, I hope you enjoy this.
