British Columbia Premier David Eby speaks with reporters in Victoria after the U.S. imposed its long-threatened 25 per cent tariffs on most Canadian goods. The news conference comes on Budget Day in the province, with provincial Finance Minister Brenda Bailey scheduled to present the budget in the legislature later today.
