Trump thinks he can change the Constitution by Signing an Executive Order? HE CAN'T!

Back in 2018, Donald Trump first floated the idea of trying to use an executive order to change the Constitution by revoking birthright citizenship. When he made that claim in 2018, Margaret Stock, a former professor at the United States Military Academy at Went Point said in an NPR piece, "I think it's kind of a lunatic fringe argument." Yet now, Trump has tried to do exactly that, signing an executive order declaring, in substance, that the constitutional guarantee of birthright citizenship is no more. This video discusses why Trump is wrong, and why the more than 20 states and multiple civil rights organizations that already have filed suits against the Trump administration's new executive order are very likely to win in court.
