Warum es im Kongress eine große parteiübergreifende Mehrheit für den Bann gab, hat vor allem damit zu tun, dass man befürchtet (oder weiß), dass Daten von US-Nutzern nach China fließen. Die komplizierte Lage hat John Oliver wie immer ganz schön zusammengefasst.
