These are the opening and closing themes of the greatest British comedy series, Only Fools & Horses written by the inimitable John Sullivan. Incidently, both themes were also written by him. (Absolutely hooked on this show, I even borrowed its house-style when I designed by company logo. However, fearing that proverbial midnight knock on the door from the BBC, I decided to change it.)
