Good advice on planking. I also find it helpful to have my feet against a wall so they don't slide. Start small & build up. I've been doing the straight arm one & there were many times I had to put down my knees before the end of one minute but after 23 days I can do it now. youtu.be/ASdvN_XEl_c?...
