Appeals Court Makes MAJOR ORDER on FIRED WORKER

In a stunning reversal, the head of the Office of Special Counsel, Hampton Dellinger, has thrown in the towel and will no longer fight being illegally removed by Trump from a position charged with protecting federal workers from illegal firings. Dellinger concluded that since an appellate court won’t let him keep his job while he appeals, Trump will just undo all of his protective work in short order over the next 90 days, making his appeal futile.
