“The Luigi Effect”, Terrified CEOs Overwhelm Security Companies Instead Of Becoming Decent Human Bei

In what is being referred to as “The Luigi Effect,” terrified CEOs have overwhelmed private security companies as they look to hire more personal guards to protect themselves. The irony is that instead of spending this money on more security, they could use it to actually be decent human beings that likely wouldn’t need around the clock protection from people angry about their actions. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins discusses this.   Link – https://www.rawstory.com/luigi-mangione-2670784971/ Subscribe to stay connected to our stories: https://www.youtube.com/theringoffire Support us by becoming a member on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYWIEbibRcZav6xMLo9qWWw/join Or Support us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/TheRingofFire Buy Ring of Fire merch: https://www.buyrof.com/ Find us on social media! In what is being dubbed the Luigi Effect for very obvious reasons. According to LinkedIn's new, uh, report on the 10 fastest growing jobs here in the United States, the 10th fastest growing job in this country is now as a private security guard, and the pay for private security guards is going up. So, hey, that's great for that industry, right? But the people who are running private security companies have come out publicly and said, we are being inundated with calls from these corporate folks who want more security around them. They're terrified, of course, over what happened to the United Health CEO, and they don't want it to happen to them. So they're overwhelming. The security industry, which of course has now had to go on a massive hiring spree to the point where it is now the 10th fastest growing job in the country. Let me read you what some of these, uh, security firm, uh, people say we're getting calls from. Everybody said, Glen C, president of Enhanced Protection Services at Allied Universal, demand for the security business follows events. If there's a specific incident, then companies say, I need to protect my executives. I need to protect my employees from this happening Again, none of them are protecting their employees. Let, let's be crystal clear about that, right? They're not hiring additional security to go and protect the employees. No, no. This is for the shareholders. This is for the CEOs and the CFOs and the people actually making the big decisions to screw over Americans. None of this is for the employees. Another one said, uh, boards and CEOs are already going to their chief security officer asking, what do we have in place? What systems, what tools, what bosses do we have to identify threats? This is one of those incidents that causes people to stop and look at their current program they have in place. Here's the thing. We know why they're doing this. They're doing this because the United Health CEO was shot on the sidewalk just right out there in the open. And according to the alleged, you know, killer, it all had to do with the denial of claims. And that's why there has not been really any, so to speak, um, sympathy for the CEO that was killed. But here's the thing. The reason there was no sympathy is because United Health, of course, had one of the highest denial rates for insurance claims in the country. They were screwing over people to put more money in their pockets. You fix that by not doing that, By just being decent human beings and having your company do what it is supposed to do, what it was founded to do, and that is pay insurance claims, like that's it. But instead of becoming good people, instead of trying to do the right thing thing, instead these CEOs are like, no, no, no, no, no. I would rather spend money, the company's money, not mine, of course, to just surround myself with armed guards 24 hours a day. That is easier for these people than being good people. Again, the solution is looking you in the eye, stop being greedy a-holes, but the CEOs are saying, you know what? No, it's a little too hard to not be a greedy a-hole. I would rather just hire people to protect me so I can keep on being a piece of human garbage.
