U.S. President Donald Trump was sworn in today. Here we go. Again. Trump dropped multiple horrifying promises as he detailed his plans for what he called the “golden age” of the United States of America. Those plans include mass deportations (millions and millions, he said), an official government policy of only acknowledging “two genders,” a “drill baby drill” energy policy and a “colour blind” society. Oh, and he talked about Manifest Destiny and the U.S. plans to “expand our territory.” This should all be fine, right? right? Let’s talk about it.
