Women Could Be CHARGED with “Trafficking a Fetus”?!

Journalist Jessica Valenti joins Francesca to talk about the increasing criminalization of women’s existence. First off, it is difficult to even know the scope of the damage done. Republican lawmakers are obliterating the ability to report on infant or maternal mortality by dissolving maternal mortality boards in states with anti-choice laws. Despite this, independent researchers have seen a huge increase in infant mortality. One study from Johns Hopkins saw a 13% increase after Texas instituted their ban! Now these psychos are going after the doctors providing reproductive care! Healthcare providers are terrified of being criminally prosecuted, so they find themselves having to turn away patients who need life-saving attention. Apparently The Hippocratic Oath of ‘do no harm’ is too woke! This has forced many women to seek care out of state, either in person or by having prescriptions mailed to them. As a result, the anti-choice Republicans are charging these out of state doctors with crimes, and trying to get them extradited!
