Big Storm Will Bring Feet of Snow, Severe Weather, Fire Threat

A major winter storm pushing in from the West Coast will get stronger in the Plains, causing high winds leading to fires. On the northern side of the storm, feet of snow will fall in southern California, then blizzard conditions are possible in the Northern Plains.
