Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace claims that she was violently assaulted by an activist at an event at the Capitol this week, but eyewitnesses tell a very different story. The activist went to shake Mace’s hand after an event for youth in foster care, and witnesses say that the man told Mace that transgender kids in foster care need her help. Mace called the police and claimed that the man violently shook her hand and threatened her, and the man was arrested. Again, witnesses say that Mace’s account is completely wrong, as Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins explains.  Link – https://www.newsweek.com/nancy-mace-james-mcintyre-handshake-assault-arrest-1999449 Subscribe to stay connected to our stories: https://www.youtube.com/theringoffire Support us by becoming a member on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYWIEbibRcZav6xMLo9qWWw/join Or Support us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/TheRingofFire Buy Ring of Fire merch: https://www.buyrof.com/ Find us on social media! A foster care advocate was arrested in the Capitol this week for allegedly assaulting Republican representative Nancy Mace, this foster care advocate, a man by the name of, uh, James McIntyre. He's 33 years old. He's a former foster, uh, child himself. And they were at an event at the Capitol celebrating, uh, the anniversary of legislation that, uh, uh, helped protect foster kids. So Nancy Mace comes in and McIntyre Wright as Mace was leaving the event, went up to her, shook her hand, and according to eye witnesses, told her that, Hey, by the way, it's not just foster kids, but trans kids in foster care need your help. He shook her hand for three to five seconds, and that was it. After that, Nancy Mace called the Capitol Police, claimed that this man assaulted her, and then the police had to call the man back 'cause he had already left, called him back, asked him what happened, and arrested him and charged him for the moment with assaulting a member of Congress for shaking her hand. Na uh, mace, excuse me, claims that the hand shaking was just so violent that she hurt her wrist. She showed up to Congress on Thursday with her arm in a sling, which by the way, is not what you do when you hurt your wrist. So if you get a fake, an injury, make sure you get the right props to do it. But Mace also posted this on social media. I was physically accosted at the capital tonight by a pro trans man. She won't even spell out trans instead of the a. She does a little asterisk because that's how petty and juvenile she is. One new brace for my wrist and some ice for my arm, and it'll heal just fine. The Capitol police arrested the guy. Your trans violence and threats on my life will only make me double down. around, find out. Here's the thing though, Nance. There's eyewitnesses and multiple eyewitnesses have now come forward saying that what you say happened never happened. There's nobody out there corroborating your story. You can pretend that your arm was hurt, that you, you have a wrist brace, but for some reason, your arm's in a sling from a man shaking your hand, who said, we just need your help. There's witnesses. He didn't threaten your life according to those people. He didn't threaten to harm you. And by the way, that would be a very dumb thing for somebody to do, like to your face in the Capitol. The none of it makes any sense because it's not supposed to make sense, because Nancy Mace is Overreacting. She's the, you know, Reno 9 1 1 meme of I Was Murdered. That's basically how she's acting here. This happened in the Capitol. There's cameras all over that Capitol. Show us the camera footage. There were tons of people at this event. I'm sure we could get even more eyewitnesses to tell us what happened, but there is no way that shaking your hand caused you a wrist injury unless you, as a middle aged woman have the bone density of a 100 and 50-year-old. If that's the case, that's not the guy's fault. That seems like maybe you ought to get some more calcium in your diet, but either way, the truth is gonna come out and I'm willing to bet it's going to be nowhere near what Nancy Mace says It was.
