In her first visit since the announcement of the ceasefire, the Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process and Personal Representative of the Secretary-General to the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority (UNSCO) ad interim visited Khan Younis in southern Gaza. During her visit, Sigrid Kaag reviewed efforts to support communities affected by the conflict and praised the ongoing humanitarian work in the area.
