Trader Joe's, Costco, other retailers put limit on egg purchases

Millions of Americans are scrambling from store to store on an egg hunt as prices soar and retailers, including Trader Joe's and Costco, begin putting limits on how many eggs people can buy. The shortage, which stems from bird flu at poultry farms across the United States, is also leading some restaurants to add a surcharge as high as $1 per egg.
