Canadian energy ingenuity could soon be coming to Poland. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk signing a deal to have Canadian companies work to improve nuclear technology in Poland. Poland is distancing itself from Russian natural resources, a key policy objective in an increasingly unstable world. To counter that, Poland has massively increased defence spending to nearly five per cent of its GDP, the new benchmark U.S. President Donald Trump now wants NATO countries to spend.
