Full title reads: "Portsmouth. Naval Explosion - Sabotage?". Portsmouth, Hampshire. VS of Royal Navy warships in Portsmouth Harbour including an Aircraft carrier. VS of wrecked pier and barge. The pier was wrecked by an explosion while ammunition was being loaded. Sailors are searching through remains and it is decided that the explosion was caused by Sabotage.
