Israel needs to stop repeating the same thing and expect different outcomes, says Dr Zomlot on CNN
London, 22/01/2025: The Gaza ceasefire showed that when US leadership decided to pressure Israel, it can produce results, said H.E. Dr Husam Zomlot in an interview with Christian Amanpour on CNN. Dr Zomlot said that the Gaza deal needs to put an end to the 15 month of Israeli aggression on Gaza which left over 50,000 Palestinians dead and wide destruction. He said it was time the Israelis realised that stomping on the Palestinians will bring neither safety nor security, adding that the root cause of bloodshed in the region was the Israeli occupation.
