False Evacuation Alerts: LA County officials say messages sent by computer, not 'human-driven'

L.A. County Office of Emergency Management Director Kevin McGowan addressed the accidental emergency evacuation alerts sent to every LA County resident. California fires are wreaking havoc on Los Angeles as crews battle several massive blazes, including the Kenneth Fire, Sunset Fire, Palisades Fire, Eaton Fire, Lidia Fire, Hurst Fire and Woodley Fire.
