Lauren Ashlee Messina's "The Beauty of Things" in NOMA's Besthoff Sculpture Garden

In an exploration of objects, tales, and games, Creative Assembly Cohort member Lauren Messina explores the music of American classical composer Julia Perry in a new short-length dance work titled "The Beauty of Things." This site-specific dance playfully builds upon the grassy, earthen landscape of the Besthoff Sculpture Garden amphitheater at the New Orleans Museum of Art.
