He will appear on American Bandstand on Jan. 31, 1970 singing “Take A Letter Maria” and his new song “(There’s) Always Something There To Remind Me” which will peak at #27 in ’70. On Nov. 19, Pete Conrad and Alan Bean will be the 3rd and 4th men to walk on the moon behind Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin who did it only 4 months earlier on July 20.
