About That raises some of the concerns I have around Mark Carney. I really like the progressive nature of the carbon tax, for instance. I pivoted away from fossil fuels 2 yrs back, so every cheque that arrives is pure untaxed gravy. Harper's comments tho--I cannot trust that man ever again.
