Trans colonel faces removal after decades of service: 'Absolutely heartbroken'

The Pentagon announced Wednesday that trans troops will be removed from the military, despite an ongoing legal battle over their right to serve. Colonel Bree Fram, one of the first transgender women promoted to her rank, joins MSNBC's Jonathan Capehart to discuss.
