It's filled with pictures of Trump and his wife, along with slogans like "We're going to make America great again." There's also a list of President Trump's "America First" priorities. He plans to end Biden's "Catch and Release" policies, reinstate the "Remain in Mexico" program, build the wall, end asylum for illegal border crossers, crack down on criminal sanctuaries, enhance vetting, and launch a deportation operation to address record border crossings. Refugee resettlement will be suspended, and the Armed Forces will engage in border security. He intends to designate cartels as foreign terrorist organizations and use the Alien Enemies Act to remove them. The death penalty will be sought for certain crimes. On energy, President Trump will "unleash American energy" by ending Biden's policies of "climate extremism." He will empower consumer choice in vehicles, showerheads, toilets, washing machines, light bulbs, and dishwashers—suggesting a return to incandescent bulbs. He plans to declare an energy emergency, end leasing to massive wind farms that degrade natural landscapes, and withdraw from the Paris Climate Accord. There are broader promises as well. He vows to usher in a "golden age for America" by reforming government bureaucracy, ending the "onslaught of useless and overpaid DEI activists" in the federal workforce—which could mean significant reductions in diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. Trump also announced an unprecedented slate of executive orders for rescission, signing them alongside Mike Johnson. These orders include improved accountability for government bureaucrats, likely aimed at revising the American Civil Service System. Federal workers will reportedly be required to return to physical offices. He promises to end "unconstitutional censorship" by the federal government, though the specifics of this are unclear. The State Department will adopt an "America First" foreign policy. While these proposals generate mixed reactions, it is essential to remain vigilant, prepared to speak out, and stand up for the country.
