3 Stooges Mocked Hitler Before Chaplin ("You Nazty Spy!", 1940)

Charlie Chaplin's famous anti-war film "The Great Dictator" was released in October 1940. In it, he plays a ridiculous caricature of Adolf Hitler. But in January of that same year, the Three Stooges released "You Nazty Spy!" In it, Moe became the first screen actor to lampoon Adolf Hitler... ...almost two years before America's entry into World War II. In 1941, the Stooges followed this up with "I'll Never Heil Again."
