Written by Marianne Faithfull and Anna Calvi, 'Falling Back' is from Marianne's album Give My Love To London (released September 29 2014). Commissioned by http://www.AnOtherMag.com, as part of their Spotlight Salon Series, the video is the creative vision of Samantha Morton and filmmaker Martina Hoogland Ivanow. Shot on location in Sweden, Ivanow’s signature nostalgic aesthetic creates a vivid, cinematic portrait inspired by Falling Back and Absolut Elyx’s Scandinavian provenance. The first Spotlight Salon was held at London's Firehouse in July 2014 and saw Marianne joining Anna Calvi and Samantha Morton for an "In Conversation" evening during which they discussed collaboration and women in the arts. The Spotlight Salon series, in partnership with Absolut Elyx, continues at André Balazs properties, The Mercer, New York and Chateau Marmont, Los Angeles in the coming months.
