I’ve been struggling with the PDP-11/44 for a while now. I never really felt like I had a proper direction to run in with it. It’s a very cool computer, but I always felt like there was something more in there that I could discover. Well, discover it I have! I’ve been bitten completely by the Floating Point Systems bug, and I’m 100% in! With some choice FPS kit, we can turn the PDP-11/44 into a full blown supercomputer, which would be absolutely wild.
