One legal avenue to blocking #Trump administration's overreach, that I'm not seeing discussed widely, would be for good California Federal Judges to issue preliminary injunctions, and then simply delay hearing the case at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals for, say, four years. Happens ALL the time..
