Dr Strangelove (1964): Mein fuhrer!

Description: This 1964 American film directed by Stanley Kubrick is about what happens if the wrong person pushes the wrong button. It brilliantly satirizes the theory of Mutual Assured Destruction, and takes delight in pointing our absurdities in both American and Soviet policies during the Cold War. In the film, U.S. Air Force General Jack Ripper goes completely insane, and sends his bomber wing to destroy the U.S.S.R. He thinks that the communists are conspiring to pollute the "precious bodily fluids" of the American people.
