Aviation experts say they're struggling to understand what went wrong after a US Army helicopter collided with a passenger jet in near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport with both aircraft plunging into the Potomac River. America's National Security Transportation Board (NTSB) investigators said they were just beginning their work and would have a preliminary report within 30 days. They said they had not yet recovered the "black boxes" on the aircraft that record flight data. "This is an all hands on deck event," chair Jennifer Homendy told a press conference. Officials said they were not able to give initial details of why the jet crashed with a U.S. Army helicopter at a Washington airport late on Wednesday, killing 67 people. I hope there are enough people left at the understaffed agencies that someone investigating this crash remembers that, less than a month ago, Poland uncovered multiple Putin plots to sabotage commercial flights in several countries. youtu.be/zM8tkBBdjWQ
