A man jumps into an icy river to save a dog trying to stay afloat in the frigid water. The mutt, named Arizona, had run off from her owner. Chris MacRitchie spotted the dog while running errands with his family and made the decision to jump in and get her. "The main thing in my mind was thinking how deep is this water?" Once Arizona was safe, he called the number on Arizona's dog tag to reunite her with her owner, Morgan Cerasoli.
