Fire Victims Say They Didn't Get Immediate Evacuation Orders

A shocking news report claims that when deadly flames tore through one California neighborhood, its residents did not receive immediate evacuation orders. Of the 17 people killed in Altadena, all lived in blocks that "did not get electronic evacuation orders until 3:25 a.m. and never received evacuation warnings," says the Los Angeles Times. Now, fury is growing among residents who say they were not sent an evacuation order until eight hours after the fire broke out.
