Proud Boys ex-founder Enrique Tarrio was arrested Friday, moments after members of his group and fellow far-right militia group gathered outside the U.S. Capitol building. Officials said Tarrio was charged with simple assault shortly after the conference when U.S. Capitol Police officers witnessed Tarrio strike a woman's phone and arm after she reportedly put a cell phone close to his face. The incident happened near Delaware Avenue, Northeast, and D Street, officials said.
