We shopped for eggs and found a $5 price difference around the Denver area

Several weeks out from Easter, Steve On Your Side went on an early egg hunt on Tuesday. We weren’t searching for colorful eggs or candy prizes. We were looking for prices, after several viewers asked why prices are so different around the Denver metro area. We visited five major grocery stores on Tuesday morning, pricing a dozen of large Grade AA eggs. Our abbreviated and limited excursion found a $5 difference from the cheapest to the most expensive dozen.
